US FRIENDS OF
AUCKLAND GRAMMAR SCHOOL
About the US Friends of Auckland Grammar School Trust
The US Friends of Auckland Grammar School is a duly recognised corporation established exclusively for charitable or educational purposes within the meaning of section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code. The entity is registered to take donations in both the states of California and New York where the majority of Old Boys reside.
The trust also provides a means for connecting Grammar Old Boys across the USA helping keep them up to date with current School developments. Established in 2011, the US Friends host annual gatherings, which are in line with the Headmaster's international travel schedule. The directors of the US Friends of Auckland Grammar School also assist in raising funds for the Auckland Grammar School Foundation Trust.
The Foundation Trust's aims are to promote the advancement of education by charitable means through the Academic Endowment Fund (AEF), designed to help keep our best teachers in the classroom by allowing the Board of Trustees to recruit, retain and reward top teachers.
